C.C. Pet Spa holds a rating of 4.8 from 93 reviews. Customers appreciate the spa-like atmosphere and the gentle care their pets receive. This shop is best for pampering your dog with special treatments. However, the limited number of reviews makes it a promising but unproven choice for some. That is a substantial body of feedback for a local operator, enough to trust the rating rather than credit a lucky streak. Most of what reviewers hire it for is pampering your pet. It serves Richmond, VA, with $60 to $120 pricing, and the honest trade-offs are limited reviews and higher prices for specialized services.
Pet Magic RVA has a rating of 4.9 from 48 reviews, highlighting their attentive staff and quick service. Reviewers appreciate the friendly atmosphere and the ability to book last-minute appointments. However, the small review base makes it less established than others on this list. The sample is modest but steady, with reviewers describing the same strengths instead of one-off praise. Most of what reviewers hire it for is quick and friendly service. It serves Richmond, VA, with $40 to $80 pricing, and the honest trade-offs are small review base and limited service options.
Dogma Grooming + Pet Needs has a rating of 4.6 from 319 reviews. Customers appreciate the knowledgeable staff and variety of grooming services offered. The Barking Lot has a rating of 4.5 from 141 reviews. Customers appreciate the affordable rates and friendly service. This shop is a good option for pet owners looking for basic grooming without the frills. However, the lower rating reflects some concerns about service consistency. That is a substantial body of feedback for a local operator, enough to trust the rating rather than credit a lucky streak. Most of what reviewers hire it for is basic grooming services. It serves Richmond, VA, with $30 to $70 pricing, and the honest trade-offs are inconsistent service and limited advanced grooming options.
Modern Mutt Dog Wash & Grooming has a perfect 5-star rating from 6 reviews. Customers rave about the innovative grooming techniques and modern facility. This shop is excellent for tech-savvy pet owners looking for a unique experience. However, the small review base means it's still unproven compared to longer-established businesses.
