Selecting the right flooring contractor requires careful consideration of several factors. Here are some tips to guide your decision-making process.
Check the number of reviews
A higher number of reviews can indicate a more established business. Look for contractors with at least 50 reviews for a better sense of reliability.
Evaluate ratings in context
A perfect 5-star rating from a handful of reviews may not be as trustworthy as a 4.9-star rating from hundreds of customers. Consider both the score and the number of reviews.
Assess service offerings
Not all contractors specialize in the same types of flooring. Make sure the contractor you choose has experience with the specific materials and styles you want.
